Care Home Open Day has gained momentum over the last 4 years, encouraging care homes to open their doors up to the local community on that day: 17th of June. This year's theme is "celebration", and we will surely get involved.

Following the theme You can decide what you would like to celebrate, linking the event to the Queen's 90th Birthday, the Olympic Games in Rio, England's run for glory in the European Football Championship or actually anything else worth a shout out. 

Good care homes do great things all year round and on this exact day, the doors open to give everyone a glimpse.
