How we do it?

Based on a site visit observing and discussing care practice, data is collected for a qualitative analysis, based on:

  • Staff ratio and number of residents 
  • Staff proficiency
  • Sick leave and temp costs
  • Healthcare Errors / Incidents
  • Wellbeing measurements or reports
  • Face-to-face time

The structure of the digital value assessment outlines in:

  • Site visit (1-2 days) incl. focus group, observation,
    shadowing and interviews
  • Graphic report incl. stakeholder pains and gains
  • Solution fit incl. implementation plan
  • Risk and benefit analysis
  • Handover meeting with Sekoia implementation team
