How to get help

If are already using Sekoia, you can contact us through the administration and backend of your system. Every inquiry gets an immediate response and treatment, no matter what issue you are having.

Phone hours

As well as contacting us in writing, you are welcome to pick up the phone and give us a call. We like hearing from our customers. Our support team is on hand to help solve your problems round the clock, and phones are open in regular office hours.

Last year Sekoia operated with a 99.97% uptime, so don't expect service to be down. Should that happen anyway, chances are that we will know long before you, and already be working our behinds of to solve it. Day or night.
